Grazing Board

  • 100g soft white cheese
  • 100g blue cheese
  • 100g hard or semi-hard cheese
  • Always Fresh Baby cucumbers
  • Riviana Sundried Tomatoes
  • Riviana Stuffed Olives
  • Riviana Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • Garden Supreme Caperberries
  • 200g beetroot dip
  • 150g finely sliced salami
  • 150g sliced prosciutto or jamon
  • Always Fresh Grissini
  • Always Fresh Mini Toasts
  • Always Fresh Sweet Spiced Gherkins
  • Rock melon and figs, to garnish


  1. Remove the cheese from refrigeration 30 minutes before serving time.
  2. Select a large serving board, several small dishes and cheese knives. Starting at the centre of the board and working outward, arrange the cheeses, bowls filled with antipasti and dip. Fill any gaps with charcuterie, grissini and mini toasts, and garnish with fruit.
  3. Serve.
