Smoked Salmon Mini Waffle Blinis

Ingredients:

  • 1 The Australian Waffle Co. Belgium Style Liege Mini Waffle
  • 50g smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp crème fraiche mixture
  • Fresh cracked black pepper, to serve
  • Dill Sprigs, to serve

 

Crème Fraiche Mixture

  • 500g crème fraiche
  • 2 tsp finely chopped dill
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Method:

  1. Combine crème fraiche mixture ingredients
  2. Toast Mini Waffles and topped with salmon and crème fraiche mixture.
  3. Serve sprinkled with freshly cracked black pepper and a dill sprig.
