Red Pepper and Basil Pizza

12 pita breads
Riviana Canola Oil Spray
25g Riviana Minced Garlic
360g haloumi cheese, thinly sliced
240g Riviana Marinated Fire Roasted Red Pepper Strips
sea salt, to taste
basil leaves, to serve


Spray each pita bread lightly with canola oil, and smear with garlic. Top each evenly with haloumi and pepper strips.


Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.


Top each with sea salt and fresh basil leaves, serve immediately.
