16 Riviana Halved Plums
300g plain flour
70g brown sugar
1 tspn baking powder
1 pinch of salt
80g unsalted butter, melted
60ml full cream milk
5g vanilla paste
extra butter & brown sugar for topping
Pre heat oven to 160°C
Arrange plum halves in a 23cm baking dish or tin.
Combine all remaining ingredients until it resembles a wet dough.
Spread the mixture over the plums leaving some spaces open, brush with excess butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Place in the oven and bake for 35 minutes or until the dough is cooked and golden.
Serve immediately.
Tips and hints:Serve with cream, ice cream, custard or crème anglaise.
