Passionfruit Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 100ml Riviana Juice Pressed – Pear
  • 50ml Garden Supreme Passionfruit Pulp in Syrup
  • 1 slice fresh passionfruit, to garnish

Method:

  1. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add Riviana Pressed Pear Juice and Garden Supreme Passionfruit Pulp in Syrup. Close shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with fresh passionfruit.

Tips and hints:For a passionfruit spritz mocktail pour the passionfruit mixture into a tumbler or tall glass half filled with ice. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a Toscano Macaron.
