12 IQF Mango cheeks
500ml tropical juice
1kg Garden Supreme IQF Strawberries
juice and rind of 2 limes
90ml Garden Supreme Coconut Milk
Blend the mango cheeks and 400ml of tropical juice until smooth. Pour half the mango mixture into 12 tall glasses.
Combine remaining tropical juice with blended strawberries and lime juice, and gently pour over the mango mixture.
Combine the remaining mango mixture with the coconut milk to make the final layer.
Serve garnished with finely sliced lime rind.
