Ingredients:
- 2 The Australian Waffle Co. Belgium Style Liege Waffles
- 1/2 apple, sliced thinly
- 1 serve Apple Butterscotch Sauce (see below)
- 1 tbsp double cream

- 500ml cloudy apple juice
- 300g Demerara sugar
- 120g unsalted butter, cubed, at room temperature
- 120ml fresh cream, at room temperature
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
