1 Pizza crust
2 tbsp Riviana Pizza Pasta Sauce
1⁄2 cup Riviana Semi Dried Tomato Quarters or Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, drained
1⁄4 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1⁄4 Red capsicum, sliced
1⁄4 Yellow capsicum, sliced
1⁄4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1⁄2 cup Tasty cheese, shredded
Sprigs of fresh thyme
Spread the sauce over the pizza crust.
Combine cheeses in a small bowl, and scatter over the sauce.
Scatter the tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms over the pizza.
Sprinkle with sprigs of thyme.
Bake at 180◦C for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and base is cooked.
