Antipasto Pizza

1 Pizza crust

2 tbsp Riviana Pizza Pasta Sauce

1cup Semi dried tomato quarters or roasted cherry tomatoes, drained

1cup Mushrooms, sliced

14 Red capsicum, sliced

14 Yellow capsicum, sliced

1cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

1cup Tasty cheese, shredded

Sprigs of fresh thyme


Spread the sauce over the pizza crust.

Combine cheeses in a small bowl, and scatter over the sauce.

Scatter the tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms over the pizza.

Sprinkle with sprigs of thyme.

Bake at 180◦C for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and base is cooked.
