Grilled Vegetable Baguette

Ingredients:

4 tsp En Place Pesto Alla Genovese

125g Riviana Grilled Squared Peppers

125g Riviana Grilled Zucchini, drained

1 baby cos lettuce, sliced

1/2 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese

4 baguettes, split

Method:

Toast cut sides of baguette in a toaster oven until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes.

Spread En Place pesto evenly over toasted surface. Arrange grilled vegetables, cheese and lettuce evenly onto the baguette halves.
